  6. Allows picture.datatype to be used as an image.

  8. This patch allows application to use a picture.datatype 
  9. (subclass) object like an image using the DTM_OBTAINDRAWINFO,
  10. DTM_DRAW and DTM_RELEASEDRAWINFO methods (and the matching
  11. datatypes.library functions ObtainDTDrawInfoA, DrawDTObjectA,
  12. ReleaseDTDrawInfo as documented in V45); this interface
  13. replaces the ugly direct bitmap access.
